Please let us know what the issues are with your purchase and we'll do our best to make things right.

If the product has been opened it will not be allowed to be returned. For serious issues such as damaged products, broken seals, etc. replacements will be issued. All issues must be reported immediately upon receiving the order. All refunds will be taken into consideration upon a case by case basis.
